A conversation with The Smiling Professor and the nature of human happiness
Today morning I've read an interesting and important conversation. Important for today because we can see tremendous reductions in stock markets and our savings are melting down. So some of us may feel very unhappy, sad but money and possessions are not as important as our relationships and experiences.
Have you thought about what is more important: "be" or "have"?
Daniel Gilbert known also as "Professor Happiness" has been studying the nature of human happiness and he put it in the book “Stumbling on Happiness”. But some conclusions are in this talk. So I encourage You to read this one and I think that mentioned book is worth reading.
